Meet the Scarcis

Two males standing in shallow water at a beach, smiling and posing for the photo. One is wearing a white sleeveless shirt with a Kentucky Derby logo, plaid shorts, and a purple wristband. The other is wearing a dark sleeveless shirt with an American flag design, rainbow-colored shorts, and a cap. The ocean and sky are visible in the background.

About Us

Renovation Work You Can See and Trust

Scarci & Son Developments focuses on:

  • Full home renovations

  • Interior and exterior improvements

  • Layout reconfigurations

  • Kitchens, bathrooms, and major updates

  • Preparing homes for sale or long‑term ownership

Many of the homes you see in our portfolio were properties we personally purchased and renovated. Others are projects completed for clients who wanted the same level of care and oversight.

We don’t believe in “lipstick flips.”
We believe in doing it right.

How Projects Are Handled

Every project is different and we stay flexible to meet your needs.

You can work with Scarci & Son Developments in a few ways:

  • Full renovation management, where we oversee the entire project

  • Selective renovation projects, completed using our trusted subcontractors

  • We work with subcontractors we’ve vetted through our own renovation projects, allowing us to scale efficiently while maintaining consistent quality.

Built by Experience

Not Guesswork

Scarci & Son Developments is backed by a lifelong background in construction and real‑world renovation experience. Anthony knows the construction aspect and Riccardo knows the numbers and together we can elevate your home to the next level.

We know….

  • What adds value and what doesn’t

  • How homes are actually built behind the walls

  • How to balance design, durability, and cost

Because we renovate homes ourselves, we approach every client project with the same mindset we use for our own investments.
